Sizing and fit
How do I choose the right size?+
Start with your dog's weight and length (nose to base of tail). Your dog should be able to stand, turn around, and lie down comfortably.
If you're between sizes, size up for comfort.
Can my dog stretch out inside?+
Yes. Our dog crate furniture is designed to feel roomy and calm — not tight or restrictive.
Do you offer a size recommendation?+
Yes. Email us with your dog's breed, weight, length, and sleeping style and we'll recommend the right piece.
Two dogs and dividers
Can two dogs share one kennel?+
It depends on temperament. Some bonded dogs do fine together, but we recommend separate spaces if there's any food guarding, anxiety, or size mismatch.
Which style works for two dogs?+
The Rustic Walnut Estate Console is our estate-length double piece — includes a removable divider so you can run two separate spaces or open it into one larger interior. Part of a limited current run.
The Modern White Estate is from a limited production run and is not currently available. Enter your email for early access when the next batch is confirmed — we don't open it to the public first.
Can I remove the divider later?+
Yes. Estate models with a divider let you switch between two separate spaces or one full-width interior — useful as your setup changes over time.
Assembly and care
Do these require assembly?+
Yes. Assembly is required. Most customers complete theirs with basic household tools in about 30 to 90 minutes depending on the model.
How do I clean it?+
Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and soaking the surface. For accidents, clean promptly to protect the finish.
Is it chew-proof?+
No furniture-style crate is fully chew-proof. If your dog is a heavy chewer, we recommend supervised use and crate training before leaving them unsupervised.
Shipping and delivery
How long does shipping take?+
Processing is typically 1 to 2 business days. Delivery is usually 3 to 7 business days within the U.S. Free shipping on all orders.
Will my order ship in multiple boxes?+
Some models ship in more than one box and may arrive on different days. This is normal — both boxes are tracked.
My tracking hasn't updated. Is that normal?+
Yes. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after a label is created. If it hasn't moved after 48 hours, contact us.
Returns, damage, and support
Do you accept returns?+
Because our pieces ship as large furniture items, we are not able to accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.
Do you offer replacement parts?+
For damaged or incorrect deliveries, we typically have replacement parts available depending on the situation. Contact us with photos and your order number.
