Sizing and fit
How do I choose the right kennel?+
Each Nest & Tail piece comes in one size, so compare your dog to the interior space. Measure your dog from nose to base of tail and add 4 to 6 inches. That's the interior length you need. Your dog should be able to stand, turn around, and lie down comfortably.
Every product page lists the interior dimensions and who the piece is best for.

Check the overall dimensions on the product page against your wall space. Leave room in front for the doors to open and for your dog to walk in comfortably.
Do you offer a size recommendation?+
Yes. Email us your dog's breed, weight, length, and height, and we'll recommend the right piece before you order.
Two dogs and dividers
Can two dogs share one kennel?+
It depends on temperament. Some bonded dogs do fine together, but we recommend separate spaces if there's any food guarding, anxiety, or size mismatch. Our Estate pieces have a removable divider for exactly that.
Which style works for two dogs?+
Our Estate pieces are built for two dogs, with a removable center divider. Run them as two separate spaces, or open them into one wide interior.

Can I remove the divider later?+
Yes. Our Estate pieces let you switch between two separate spaces and one full-width interior, which is useful as your setup changes over time.
Assembly and care
Do these require assembly?+
Yes. Assembly is required, and the time varies by piece. These are heavy, furniture-scale pieces, so plan on two people to move and position them.
How do I clean it?+
Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and soaking the surface. For accidents, clean promptly to protect the finish.
Is it chew-proof?+
No furniture-style crate is fully chew-proof. If your dog is a heavy chewer, we recommend supervised use and crate training before leaving them unsupervised.
Shipping and delivery
How long does shipping take?+
Processing is typically 1 to 2 business days. Delivery is usually 3 to 7 business days within the U.S. Free shipping on all orders.
Will my order ship in multiple boxes?+
Some pieces ship in more than one box and may arrive on different days. This is normal, and every box is tracked.
My tracking hasn't updated. Is that normal?+
Yes. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after a label is created. If it hasn't moved after 48 hours, contact us.
Returns, damage, and support
Do you accept returns?+
Because our pieces ship as large furniture items, we can't accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns. That's why we're glad to confirm fit before you order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.
Do you offer replacement parts?+
For damaged or incorrect deliveries, we typically have replacement parts available depending on the situation. Contact us with photos and your order number.
