Processing your order
Orders begin processing after payment is confirmed. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. A tracking email is sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Tracking numbers are emailed at the time of shipment and may take up to 24 hours to show carrier activity.
- If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days, contact us and we will check on your order.

Multi-box shipments
Some dog crate furniture pieces are large enough to ship in more than one box. If your order contains multiple boxes, they may arrive on different days. Do not discard any packaging until all boxes have arrived and your piece has been fully inspected.
Tracking your order
Once your dog crate furniture ships, we send a tracking confirmation to the email address used at checkout.
- Tracking is sent by email at the time of shipment.
- Allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking to update after your email arrives.
- If your tracking number shows no movement after 48 hours, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Damaged, defective, or lost in transit
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, the full product, the outer box, and the shipping labels.
Keep all packaging
Do not discard the original box or packing materials until your order has been fully inspected and set up. Original packaging is required for carrier damage claims.
